Northwest Pastel Society 36th Annual International Open Exhibition

Albert Handell: Juror, Judge of Awards and Workshop Instructor. Albert is a Hall of Fame Honoree for the Pastel Society of America, Master Artist for the American Impressionist Society of America and the Oil Painter’s of America. He teaches at his studio in Santa Fe and has workshops nationally and internationally. He has authored two books about pastels and one about oil painting.
